Is there a limit to the number of callouts I can have?

No, you are not limited to the number of callouts you can have.

Is there a limit per claim?

Yes. That is £500 per claim, but it’s still unlimited claims throughout the year.

Where am I covered?

What are my obligations for my landlord home emergency policy to be valid?
  • You’re required to contact the 24/7 residential landlord’s emergency helpline as soon as you can after the emergency arises
  • Someone must be at the property to let the contractor in
  • If your property is powered by a biomass boiler or anaerobic digester system, you’re required, with our agreement, to choose and pay for your own contractor

What isn't covered by landlords home emergency cover?
